Insights Into the Role of Lysine Acetylation of Non‐Histone Proteins in Plant Immunity
ABSTRACT Plant immunity is regulated by numerous transcriptional and posttranslational mechanisms. Among these, lysine acetylation, which is controlled by lysine acetyltransferases (KATs) and lysine deacetylases (KDACs), has been extensively studied, particularly in the context of epigenetic regulation through histone acetylation.

Late Leaf Rust Monocyclic Components and Primary Metabolism of Raspberry Plants Facing Water Deficit
When occurring after pathogen penetration, water deficit reduces rust severity by limiting the colonisation capacity of Aculeastrum americanum, which is affected by reduced photoassimilate supply in stressed raspberry plants. ABSTRACT Drought reduces host resistance and allows the emergence of pathogens that benefit from changes in plant physiology ...

Interaction of organic nitrogen and C/N ratio enhances soil microarthropod abundance
Abstract Organic management is widely regarded as an effective strategy to prevent soil degradation in agroecosystems. In this study, we investigated the abundance of soil microarthropods in a multi‐cropping system by comparing organic and conventional management practices.

ABSTRACT Objectives Tooth erosion is the nonbacterial and irreversible pathological dissolution of enamel and dentin, and is primarily influenced by lifestyle. This systematic review and meta‐analysis aimed to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of plant‐derived compounds on tooth erosion using evidence from in vitro and in situ studies ...

Boreal and tundra plant communities are expected to change in biodiversity due to increasing global change pressures such as climate warming. One long‐term scenario is increasing compositional similarity, i.e. biotic homogenization, which has been relatively little studied in high‐latitude plant communities.

ABSTRACT Agropastoralism has been a widespread subsistence strategy in Central Asia from prehistory to the present. While significant research has aimed at understanding past agropastoral communities in the region, reconstructing a generalized economic model remains challenging due to the complex topographic and ecological conditions, as well as its ...
