During the vegetative period 2015, 25 red and 34 white Vitis vinifera L. varieties which are maintained in the experimental vineyard of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki were studied in terms of their ampelographic characteristics. The ampelographic study was done according to the OIV Descriptor List (Office International de la Vigne et du Vin).
