Copper‐doped amorphous high‐entropy hydroxide (CuNiCoFeCrOH) is constructed via one‐step electrodeposition. Cu doping promotes electrochemical reconstruction by accelerating Cr leaching and re‐adsorption, triggering LOM and chloride repellency for efficient water and seawater oxidation.
