Characterization of Weighted Besov Spaces [PDF]
AbstractWe find conditions on the weight w in order to characterize functions in weighted Besov spaces Bp.q/w.φ in terms of differences Δxf.

Mechanisms of parasite‐mediated disruption of brain vessels
Parasites can affect the blood vessels of the brain, often causing serious neurological problems. This review explains how different parasites interact with and disrupt these vessels, what this means for brain health, and why these processes matter. Understanding these mechanisms may help us develop better ways to prevent or treat brain infections in ...

Weighted Estimates for Commutators of n-Dimensional Rough Hardy Operators
We establish the weighted estimates for the commutators HΩ,b and HΩ,b∗ which are generated by the n-dimensional rough Hardy operators and central BMO functions on the weighted Lebesgue spaces, the weighted Herz spaces and the weighted Morrey-Herz spaces.

Weighted Composition Operators Between Different Fock Spaces [PDF]
We study weighted composition operators acting between Fock spaces. The following results are obtained: (i) Criteria for the boundedness and compactness. (ii) Characterizations of compact differences and essential norm.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Parametric Extension of a Certain Family of Summation-Integral Type Operators
In this paper, we introduce a parametric extension of a certain family of summation-integral type operators on the interval [0,∞). Firstly, we obtain test functions and central moments. Secondly, we investigate weighted approximation properties for these

Korovkin Type Approximation Theorems In Weighted Spaces Via Power Series Method
In this paper we consider power series method which is also member of the class of all continuous summability methods. We study a Korovkin type approximation theorem for a sequence of positive linear operators acting from a weighted space C 1 into a ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Adaptaquin selectively kills glioma stem cells while sparing differentiated brain cells. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses show Adaptaquin disrupts iron and cholesterol homeostasis, with iron chelation amplifying cytotoxicity via cholesterol depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, and elevated reactive oxygen species.

Multipliers on weighted Hardy spaces over certain totally disconnected groups
In this note, we consider the multipliers on weighted H1 spaces over totally disconnected locally compact abelian groups with a suitable sequence of open compact subgroups (Vilenkin groups).
