Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib

In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.
