Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.

Polychaete wormsa vector for white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) [PDF]
The present work provides the first evidence of polychaete worms as passive vectors of white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) in the transmission of white spot disease to Penaeus monodon broodstocks. The study was based on live polychaete worms, Marphysa spp., obtained from worm suppliers/worm fishers as well as samples collected from 8 stations on the ...

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.

Immunization of Shrimp by Irradiated Vibrio Paraheamolyticus Against White Spot Syndrome Virus [PDF]
Shrimp farming industry is of significant importance to the economy, particularly in the south area of Iran. However, this industry faces with various challenges such as viral and bacterial disaeses. The losses due to Vibriosis and white spot syndrome in

VP37 of white spot syndrome virus interact with shrimp cells [PDF]
To investigate VP37 [WSV 254 of White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) genome] interacting with shrimp cells and protecting shrimp against WSSV infection.VP37 was expressed in Escherichia coli and was confirmed by Western blotting. Virus overlay protein binding assay (VOPBA) technique was used to analyse the rVP37 interaction with shrimp and the results ...
