Results of whitehead operation
Diseases of the Colon & Rectum, 1984Eighty-four patients underwent the Whitehead procedure for extensive hemorrhoids. Early postoperative complications, excluding urinary difficulties, developed in six patients. Long-term results were within an acceptable range.
