A reciprocal interaction between L‐lysine and Holdemanella biformis modulates intestinal barrier function and anxiety in irritable bowel syndrome

This study uncovers a complex interaction between l‐lysine and Holdemanella biformis (H. biformis) in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). l‐lysine enhances intestinal barrier function and alleviates anxiety‐like behaviours by modulating tryptophan metabolism. Evaluating the Role of PD1 and MTNR1B Gene Variants in Breast Cancer Susceptibility: A Case–Control Study in Bangladesh

The investigation revealed that the PD1 GG genotype exhibited a significant protective effect, substantially reducing the likelihood of breast cancer development. The genotype, CG of the MTNR1B gene, was connected with a lessened likelihood of breast cancer development, whereas the GG genotype showed no statistically significant correlation.
