Making workflow provenance FAIR across workflow systems with workflow run RO-Crate
Workflow Run RO-Crate ( https://w3id.org/ro/wfrun/ ), is a set of profiles of RO-Crate ( https://doi.org/10.3233/DS-210053 ) that capture workflow provenance in a ...

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

E-BioFlow: Different Perspectives on Scientific Workflows [PDF]
We introduce a new type of workflow design system called\ud e-BioFlow and illustrate it by means of a simple sequence alignment workflow. E-BioFlow, intended to model advanced scientific workflows, enables the user to model a workflow from three ...

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Pegasus: A framework for mapping complex scientific workflows onto distributed systems
This paper describes the Pegasus framework that can be used to map complex scientific workflows onto distributed resources. Pegasus enables users to represent the workflows at an abstract level without needing to worry about the particulars of the target

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a
