Predicting Cyber-Production deviance in the workplace
The excessive use of the internet for non-work-related activities is a form of white-collar deviant behaviour at work. Applying the Theory of Reasoned Action, structural equation modelling was used to predict Cyber-Production (CP) deviant behaviours in the workplace.
