Laparoscopic Delivery of a MnO2‐P‐ICG Patch for Photodynamic Therapy and NK Cell‐Driven Immunotherapy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This study proposes a flexible MnO2‐P‐ICG nanofiber patch for laparoscopic treatment of liver tumors. The patch alleviates tumor hypoxia and induces photodynamic therapy (PDT) triggered immunogenic cell death, thereby activating the cGAS‐STING pathway and, in synergy with pachymaran, promoting NK cell–mediated innate immunity. A Novel CsYABBY3‐CsAS1 Feedback Loop Coordinates Trichome Differentiation and Cannabinoid Biosynthesis in Cannabis sativa L.

A novel transcriptional module involving CsYABBY3 and CsAS1 is identified to regulate cannabinoid biosynthesis and trichome development. These factors mutually activate each other and form a protein complex via a conserved residue, acting synergistically to amplify metabolic flux through a coordinate feed‐forward mechanism.

Self‐Amplifying Redox Cycle Triggers Ferroptosis/Cuproptosis Synergy for Enhanced Bacterial Eradication

This study designs a targeted nanocomposite (ct@HMCF‐Dex) that responds to acidic infection microenvironments, releasing components which amplify oxidative stress. It disrupts bacterial redox balance, chelates metals to sustain lipid peroxidation, and synergistically induces cuproptosis/ferroptosis‐like death.

Toward Flexible Printed Electronics: A Spider‐Silk‐Inspired, Strong and Tough Thermoplastic Polyamide Elastomer

Inspired by spider silk, a bio‐inspired polyamide elastomer with a dynamic physical cross‐linking network is developed. Mimicking the rigid β‐sheet crystals and sacrificial hydrogen bonds of silk, the material achieves an exceptional balance of strength and toughness.
