Diet‐Induced Chromogenic Challenge Model for Additively Manufactured Tooth‐Colored Dental Resin Materials

open access: yesJournal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the color stability of glaze‐coated 3D‐printed resin materials stored in different nutritionally beneficial smoothies that are commonly consumed. Do the biological characteristics of trout (Salmo trutta) smolts influence their spring migration timing and maiden marine sojourn duration?

open access: yesJournal of Fish Biology, EarlyView.
Abstract Anadromous salmonids migrate seaward to exploit feeding and growth opportunities in marine habitats, yet how smolt biological characteristics influence their marine migratory behavior remains poorly understood. This study used 9 years of trout (Salmo trutta) population monitoring data from 15,595 tagged age‐0+ parr, 1033 smolts detected ...

S‑glutathionylation of MaWRKY44 orchestrates a MaZFP139‐MaWRKY44‐MaGSTU07 cascade to enhance banana cold tolerance

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.
In banana, at low temperatures (7°C), the transcription factor MaZFP139 activates MaWRKY44 expression. MaWRKY44 binds to the W‐box sites in the promoter of the glutathione S‐transferase gene MaGSTU07 to enhance reactive oxygen species scavenging. S‐glutathionylation protects MaWRKY44 from oxidation‐induced degradation, reinforcing antioxidant defenses ...
