DTX3L Inhibits the EMT, Metastasis, and Stem‐Like Features of Gastric Cancer Through Promoting GSK‐3β Dependent SNAI1 Decay

This research identifies DTX3L as a critical tumor suppressor that inhibits epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT), invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer. By functioning as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, DTX3L targets the master EMT regulator SNAI1 for GSK‐3β‐dependent proteasomal degradation.

Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumors of the Testis: A Clinicopathologic Study of 70 Cases with Emphasis on Its Wide Morphologic Spectrum [PDF]

The clinical and pathologic features of 70 juvenile granulosa cell tumors (JGCTs) of the testis are presented. The patients were from 30 weeks gestational age to 10 years old; 60 of 67 (90%) whose ages are known to us were 6 months old or younger.

Abstract Background CD163 is a scavenger receptor predominantly expressed on the surfaces of macrophages in various mammalian species and is a marker of anti‐inflammatory (M2‐like) macrophages. High density of CD163‐positive tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) is associated with worse prognosis in various patient tumors.
