Extraovarian pelvic yolk sac tumors [PDF]
The clinical and pathologic features of four extraovarian pelvic yolk sac tumors (YST) are described. The women, 17 to 39 years of age, were found to have a pelvic mass on physical examination, or in one case, at cesarean section. BRD9 inhibition as potential treatment option for testicular germ cell tumors
Abstract Background Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) are the predominant tumor in younger males. Usually, 5‐year survival rates are quite high, but 15–20% of patients with metastatic non‐seminomas are resistant to standard cisplatin‐based therapy.

ABSTRACT Background The most prevalent solid tumors in young men are testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs), and embryonal carcinoma is the most common subtype among non‐seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCTs). Despite the excellent cure rates of cisplatin‐based chemotherapy, resistance develops in 15%–30% of patients with metastatic cancer, which results ...

A Unified Machine Learning Model for Relapse Prediction in Clinical Stage I Testicular Cancer
ABSTRACT Background Approximately one‐fourth of patients with clinical stage I testicular cancer relapse. For decades, risk stratification has been based on different tumor characteristics for seminomas and non‐seminomas. ABSTRACT Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) are the leading malignancy in adolescent and young adult males, yet the immunological and cellular mechanisms governing their tumor microenvironment (TME) remain poorly understood. Here, we present a comprehensive review of TGCT pathobiology with a focus on the immune landscape, particularly the role of tumor‐
