New Biotransformation Mode of Zearalenone Identified in Bacillus subtilis Y816 Revealing a Novel ZEN Conjugate.

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2021
An increasing number of Bacillus strains have been identified, and the removal capacity of zearalenone (ZEN) was determined; however, they failed to reveal the detoxification mechanism and transformation product. Here, Bacillus subtilis Y816, which could

Preconcentration and Determination of Zearalenone in Corn Oil by a One-Step Prepared Polydopamine-Based Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence (HPLC-FLD) Detection

Analytical Letters, 2021
A polydopamine-based molecularly imprinted polymer with quercetin as the mimic template was deposited on the surface of ferroferric oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4@PDA MIPs) and used for the purification and enrichment of zearalenone prior to the ...

Transformation of zearalenone to zearalenone-sulfate by Aspergillus spp.

World Mycotoxin Journal, 2010
The primary goal of this research was to assess the biotransformation of zearalenone (ZEA), an oestrogenic mycotoxin, into ZEA-sulfate by some Aspergillus section Nigri isolates. A. niger isolates were shown to be able to convert ZEA after 72 h of incubation at different ZEA concentrations (5 to 150 µg/ml).

Zearalenon in Lebensmitteln

Mycotoxin Research, 2005
