Application of ANFIS model for prediction of zenith tropospheric delay
2013 3rd International Conference on Instrumentation, Communications, Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICICI-BME), 2013Tropospheric delay plays a crucial role in meteorological studies and weather forecasts as well as positioning accuracy. GPS derived zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) has been established two decades ago. However, the main problem that still present is not all strategic points around the world will have a GPS receiver. To solve this shortcoming, a neural

GPS zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) variability in the Mediterranean
Physics and Chemistry of the Earth, Part A: Solid Earth and Geodesy, 2001Abstract In the context of the MAGIC project (Meteorological Applications of GPS Integrated Column Water Vapor Measurements in the Western Mediterranean), zenith tropospheric delays (ZTD) are computed from Global Positioning System (GPS) signals at permanent sites in the western Mediterranean area continuously since November 1998.

Model of mapping function for the calculation of zenith tropospheric delay
2013 International Kharkov Symposium on Physics and Engineering of Microwaves, Millimeter and Submillimeter Waves, 2013Today the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) are widely used in various fields related to the precise locations of consumers. High demand for these systems and the diversity of their use is a prerequisite for a detailed consideration of issues to increase their accuracy.

A new method for vertical stratification of zenith tropospheric delay
Advances in Space Research, 2019Abstract Tropospheric delay is an important error source in space geodetic techniques. It varies significantly with height and the height dependent tropospheric error remains one of the major limitations in Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) techniques especially in Network Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) with significant topography variations ...

Study on Tropospheric Zenith Delay Solved by GPS Data
2009 First International Conference on Information Science and Engineering, 2009The tropospheric zenith delay of Great Wall station in Antarctic grouped with surrounding IGS stations is solved by GAMIT/GLOBK software using GPS observational data. In the process of solving, IGS final ephemeris and precision forecast ephemeris are used to solve the zenith delay in the software.

GPS-derived zenith tropospheric delay assimilation into numeric atmosphere model
SPIE Proceedings, 2014© 2014 SPIE. The total zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) is an important parameter of the atmosphere and directly or indirectly reflects the weather processes and variations. This paper presents a hardware and software complex for continuous measurements and prediction of atmospheric thermodynamics and radiowaves refraction index.

Quantifying the impact of environmental loading on Zenith Tropospheric Delays in Europe
2022<p>We assess the impact of the environmental loading on the Zenith Total Delay (ZTD) time series estimated within the second re-processing campaign of the EUREF Permanent GNSS Network (EPN). In particular, we used one solution provided by the ASI (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana Centro di Geodesia Spaziale, Italy), and two solutions provided by

Evaluation of zenith tropospheric delays estimated by different regression models
Troposferik gecikme bunlardan birisidir.

New versions of the BDS/GNSS zenith tropospheric delay model IGGtrop
Journal of Geodesy, 2014The initial IGGtrop model proposed for Chinese BDS (BeiDou System) is not very suitable for BDS/GNSS research and application due to its large data volume while it shows a global mean accuracy of 4 cm. New versions of the global zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) model IGGtrop are developed through further investigation on the spatial and temporal ...
