Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Curdlan Tripropionate Measured by Thermal Mechanical Analysis and Wide‐Angle X‐Ray Diffraction

This study demonstrates the thermal expansion behavior of curdlan tripropionate films using thermal mechanical analysis and synchrotron WAXD. Both amorphous and crystalline films show characteristic expansion near the glass transition, providing structural insights for designing heat‐resistant polysaccharide‐based plastics.

The effects of NETs on regeneration of various diabetic tissues, and strategies targeting NETs for diabetes tissue regeneration. In the diabetic environment, NETs undergo complex metabolic and immune reprogramming, leading to dynamic changes in antibacterial and proinflammatory functions, and affecting regeneration of multiple systemic tissues.

Effect of dietary β‐glucan supplementation on growth performance, body composition, intestinal microbes, and capacity against pathogen of golden trevally (Gnathanodon speciosus, family Carangidae)

The efficacy of dietary β‐glucan supplementation in golden trevally (Gnathanodon speciosus) was evaluated. The fish were fed five different diets supplemented with 0%, 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.20%, and 0.40% β‐glucan for 56 days.

Healthy Snacks Elaborated With Decoction Residues of Hibiscus sabdariffa L: Physical and Sensory Characteristics

Healthy snacks formulated with food by‐products are gaining interest within the food industry. Decoction residues of Hibiscus sabdariffa (roselle) retain thermostable polyphenols. Extruded snacks enriched with roselle showed a reduction in the expansion index as the roselle concentration increased.
