We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

On Characterization of δ-Topological Vector Space
The main objective of this paper is to present the study of δ-topological vector space, δ-topological vector space are defined by using δ-open sets and δ-continuous mapping which was introduced by J.H.H. Bayati[3] in 2019. In this paper, along with basic

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Aerial insectivorous birds have suffered steep population declines in North America over the last 60 years. A lack of information on migratory connectivity between breeding and non-breeding grounds for these species limits our ability to interpret ...

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Combination of Novozym 435-catalyzed enantioselective hydrolysis and amidation for the preparation of optically active δ-hexadecalactone [PDF]
A new enzymatic method for synthesis of enantiomerically enriched δ-hexadecalactone (3) based on the enzymatic kinetic resolution of N-methyl-5-acetoxyhexadecanamide (1) is described.

Ten questions concerning the large-eddy simulation of turbulent flows
In the past 30 years, there has been considerable progress in the development of large-eddy simulation (LES) for turbulent flows, which has been greatly facilitated by the substantial increase in computer power.

The physical dimensions and shape of bacterial cells define the surface area available to acquire nutrients and the volume available for synthesizing proteins and DNA. Here, we use computational systems biology to decode the importance of cell geometry as a major determinant of prokaryotic phenotype, including growth rate and metabolic efficiency. This
