[目的]通过建立临床护理教学质量评价数据库,促进临床护理教学质量的持续改进和提高。[方法]根据临床护理实习教学中存在的问题,自制临床护理教学质量评价表,在每轮实习结束后,向实习护生组长发放评价表。然后将评价数据通过Excel录入,建立临床护理教学质量评价数据库,进行临床护理教学质量总体评价及各项目评价。[结果]临床护理教学质量各项目评价优良率>90.0%,临床护理教学质量总体评价良好。[结论]建立临床护理教学质量评价数据库有利于临床实习质量的管理及持续改进,有利于调动教师的主观能动性。
