Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1996 经颌内动脉灌注化疗和栓塞化疗治疗１７例复发或晚期鼻咽癌。化疗方案ＰＢＦ为ＤＤＰ（顺铂）、ＢＬＭ（平阳霉素）、５－ＦＵ（５氟尿嘧淀），选择顺铂微球（ＤＤＰ－ｍｓ）作栓塞剂。结果：完全缓解２例，部分缓解１３例，轻度缓解１例，无效１例，有效构成比（完全缓解＋部分缓解）为８８．２４％。表明颌内动脉插管为鼻咽癌区域化疗提供了新的给药途径，ＤＤＰ－ｍｓ联合ＰＢＦ是鼻咽癌较有效的栓塞化疗方案。
