顺铂腹腔化疗为主治疗卵巢癌的探讨 [PDF]

本研究自1985年4月至1991年8月对25例卵巢癌患者应用顺铂腹腔化疗为主,配合其他药物全身化疗,同时静脉注射硫代硫酸钠,无1例发生肾脏中毒。3例病人用顺铂腹腔化疗1小时组织铂的总浓度比血清升高17.3~199.3倍,并发现卵巢癌Ⅱ期中有6/12例能存活5年,其存活率为50.0%,6例死亡占总数的24.0%。167个疗程中,因毒性反应而延期化疗者有26个疗程占15.6%
