Ｉｂ２－ＩＩａ期巨块型宫颈癌热疗联合同步放化疗与同步放化疗的疗效比较
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2016 【目的】 比较早期巨块型宫颈癌腹盆腔深部热疗联合同步放化疗和同步放化疗的疗效和安全性之间的差异。【方法】 收集２００５年３月１６日至２００９年５月２０日经中山大学附属第五医院治疗的ⅠＢ２期和巨块型ⅡＡ期的宫颈癌８２例，随机分为腹盆腔热疗加同步放化疗组（４２例）和同步放化疗组（４０例）。两组放化疗方案一致：盆腔外照射（３０Ｇｙ／１５Ｆ）＋腔内放疗（Ａ点剂量３６Ｇｙ／６Ｆ），同期静脉ＴＰ方案化疗２周期。热放化疗组采用区域深部热疗，２次／周，每次６０ ｍｉｎ，每次热疗均在放疗前１ｈ内进行。【结果 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 目的探究MRI对直肠癌放化疗前后对比预后的预测价值。方法选取2015年-2016年在我院接受住院治疗的直肠癌患者100例作为研究对象,采用超导磁共振扫描仪对患者进行MRI扫描,根据胃癌TNM分期标准,将MRI检查结果与术后病理检查结果相比对,判定MRI扫描检查结果的准确度和一致性。待患者接受放化疗治疗前、接受放化疗治疗后和放化疗结束一个月后,由两名以上专业医师对患者的MRI扫描结果进行采集分析,判定直肠癌肿瘤长度和肿瘤肠壁厚度的变化情况。待患者放化疗结束后,根据实体瘤疗效评价标准对患者进行分组。结果 ...

Huli yanjiu, 2016 摘要： 雾化吸入和氧气吸入在临床上广泛用于呼吸疾病的治疗。目前，在利用雾化给药器进行雾化治疗时，通常都是将药物的雾化治疗与对病人的吸氧辅助治疗完全分开进行，即通过雾化给药器进行雾化治疗时，需要同时给病人佩戴鼻部吸氧导管进行吸氧辅助治疗。但是，在雾化治疗过程中，病人吸入雾化后的药物时，经口吸入经鼻呼出，不能同时有效吸入氧气，经常出现血氧饱和度下降的情况，甚至因病人缺氧不得不终止雾化吸入治疗，从而降低药物雾化治疗的效果。为此，我们设计了一种新型的雾化吸氧给药器，有效地解决了此问题。
