MRI对直肠癌放化疗前后对比预后的预测价值

目的探究MRI对直肠癌放化疗前后对比预后的预测价值。方法选取2015年-2016年在我院接受住院治疗的直肠癌患者100例作为研究对象,采用超导磁共振扫描仪对患者进行MRI扫描,根据胃癌TNM分期标准,将MRI检查结果与术后病理检查结果相比对,判定MRI扫描检查结果的准确度和一致性。待患者接受放化疗治疗前、接受放化疗治疗后和放化疗结束一个月后,由两名以上专业医师对患者的MRI扫描结果进行采集分析,判定直肠癌肿瘤长度和肿瘤肠壁厚度的变化情况。待患者放化疗结束后,根据实体瘤疗效评价标准对患者进行分组。结果 ...

雾化吸氧给药器的研发与应用

摘要: 雾化吸入和氧气吸入在临床上广泛用于呼吸疾病的治疗。目前,在利用雾化给药器进行雾化治疗时,通常都是将药物的雾化治疗与对病人的吸氧辅助治疗完全分开进行,即通过雾化给药器进行雾化治疗时,需要同时给病人佩戴鼻部吸氧导管进行吸氧辅助治疗。但是,在雾化治疗过程中,病人吸入雾化后的药物时,经口吸入经鼻呼出,不能同时有效吸入氧气,经常出现血氧饱和度下降的情况,甚至因病人缺氧不得不终止雾化吸入治疗,从而降低药物雾化治疗的效果。为此,我们设计了一种新型的雾化吸氧给药器,有效地解决了此问题。
