刚玉晶体中过渡金属元素(Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、V、Ti)杂质态的研究
四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 1986 本文通过原子簇模型用离散变分法自洽地计算了刚玉晶体中部份过渡金属元素引入的杂质态,并与纯净刚玉晶体的电子结构作了比较。计算结果表明:杂质在禁带中都引入杂质能级,在给定的掺杂浓度下,能级的多少与杂质元素的原子序数有关。Ti只引入了一个杂质能级,Cr及V引入二个杂质能级,Mn、Fe及Cu引入三个能级,其中Cu、Fe有一个能级已进入价带。掺杂晶体与纯净晶体相同,其导带由O3Al3 带杂化而成,价带为O2p带。但整个能带与纯净晶体相比都向能量值小的方向移动,且价带加宽,禁带变窄。变化规律与掺杂元素的原子序数 ...

Gaoya dianqi, 2020 地铁钢轨绝缘扣件用于隔离钢轨与大地,减少地铁杂散电流的危害。研究绝缘扣件的等效电路,探明各绝缘部件在钢轨对地过渡电阻中的影响,有利于针对性地减少地铁迷流。文中以弹条Ⅲ型扣件为例,根据泄漏电流从钢轨到大地的流通路径,给出了扣件组对地过渡电阻的等效电路;仿真计算了扣件各绝缘部件体电导率与表面电导率对过渡电阻的影响,得到了过渡电阻与各部件之间的关系;最后通过实验对研究结论进行了验证。研究发现:扣件组绝缘材料体电阻与表面绝缘电阻相差107倍,表面绝缘电阻对过渡电阻起决定作用;扣件表面绝缘电阻与表面电导率成反比 ...
