Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1989 用人新鲜胰腺癌组织免疫BALB/c小鼠,取脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞Sp2/0-Agl4融合,获得了分泌抗人胰腺癌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株。本文重点报道以ABC免疫组织化学法检查YPC1单克隆抗体与人正常组织和肿瘤组织的反应性。结果表明YPC1单克隆抗体与16例被检测的胰腺癌组织发生反应。其中9例(56.3％)呈强阳性反应,与23种正常组织中的10种(43.5％)以及19种非胰腺肿瘤中的8种(42.1％)有不同程度的交叉反应,但多数反应较弱。本研究提示以新鲜人体肿瘤组织作为免疫原制备单克隆抗体是简便可行的 ...
