Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2000 【目的】制备抗食管癌细胞核仁抗原单克隆抗体,用于寻找肿瘤的标志物和癌的病理诊断。【方法】以食管癌组 织核基质为抗原,采用足垫法免疫 Balb/c 小鼠,运用杂交瘤技术建立分泌特异性单抗的杂交瘤细胞株, 制备食管癌细胞抗原 片和食管癌冰冻切片,采用免疫组化检测并采用蛋白印迹法(Western blotting)分析, 鉴定是否为特异性单克隆抗体。【结果】 获得一细胞株( 1 -7/E)能稳定分泌抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,1-7/E 能与食管癌细胞和其他 10 种癌细胞的核仁反应, 不与正常食 管上皮细胞核仁反应。
