Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的探讨苏北地区慢性乙型肝炎（慢乙肝）患者乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）基因型分布情况及基因型与性别、年龄、疾病分类、HBV-P基因YMDD（YMDD）变异的相关性。方法血清HBV基因型及YMDD变异检测均采用PCR-微板杂交-ELISA法。结果130例患者中基因型B（B型）占3.1%（4/130）,基因型C（C型）占50.0%（65/130）,基因型非B非C型（NBNC型）占46.9%（61/130）。男、女两组基因型差异未见统计学意义（χ2=1.338,P>0.05）。4例B型均为40岁以下的慢乙肝患者 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2016 目的研究天津地区丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）基因型的分布。方法收集HCV感染者的HCV基因分型、性别、年龄、临床诊断等临床资料,分析HCV基因型在人群中的分布,以及与临床资料的相关性。结果天津地区最常见的HCV基因型是1b型,占人群比例77.88%;其次是2a型,占人群比例20.07%。在肝炎患者,不同基因型感染者的平均年龄之间存在差异。在肝硬化患者,不同性别的HCV基因型分布存在差异。结论天津地区HCV基因型以1b型最为常见。
