Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 目的研究证实ERCC1基因多态性与非小细胞肺癌预后的相关性。方法对119例接受胸部根治性放疗的非小细胞肺癌患者进行ERCC1基因分型,统计分析其与患者放疗后总生存的相关性。结果 Codon118基因型频率分别为TT45.4%（54/119）、TC39.5%（47/119）、CC15.1%（18/119）。C8092A基因型频率分别为CC48.7%（58/119）、CA39.5%（47/119）、AA11.8%（14/119）。Condon118的TT基因型与CT/CC基因型患者总生存的差异具有统计学意义（
