Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2004 【目的】为了探讨tau基因多态性与帕金森病的关系。【方法】本实验用PCR-片段长度多态性分析法检测了123例中国散发性帕金森病病人和114个正常对照的微管相关蛋白(tau)基因A0等位基因多态性。【结果】我们发现tau基因A0等位基因和A0/A0基因型在帕金森病组的出现率略高于对照组,分别为77.6%:74.1%和61%:57%,但无统计学意义。【结论】A0多态性与我国散发性帕金森病发病无关。
