ABSTRACT Two‐dimensional (2D) nonlayered niobium nitrides have attracted considerable interest for electrochemical energy storage. However, the synthesis of these materials is hampered by their nonlayered crystal structures, which are characterized by strong three‐dimensional chemical bonding.

【目的】为了探讨tau基因多态性与帕金森病的关系。【方法】本实验用PCR-片段长度多态性分析法检测了123例中国散发性帕金森病病人和114个正常对照的微管相关蛋白(tau)基因A0等位基因多态性。【结果】我们发现tau基因A0等位基因和A0/A0基因型在帕金森病组的出现率略高于对照组,分别为77.6%:74.1%和61%:57%,但无统计学意义。【结论】A0多态性与我国散发性帕金森病发病无关。
