Human activities, such as agricultural practices, can affect biodiversity in N2K sites in diverse ways. Limiting activities with negative impacts while enforcing land management that supports biodiversity is crucial for effective conservation.

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1999 目的: 探讨载脂蛋白 E( apoE)等位基因多态性在散发性阿尔茨海默病( SAD)发病机制中的作用。方法: 应用聚合酶 链反应—限制性片段长度多态性( PCR -RFLP)方法检测 68 名 SAD 患者和 66 名正常老年人的 apoE等位基因多态性分布。结果: SAD 组 apoE2 等位基因频率明显低于对照组(P 0. 05)。 结论: apoE2 基因可能具有保护SAD 发病的作用; 不支持 apoE4 是中国人 SAD 发病高危因素的结论。
