Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2023 幽门螺杆菌（Hp）是一种革兰阴性、螺旋型杆菌，是目前医学所知唯一能在胃中生活的细菌，在人群中的感染率较高。幽门螺杆菌与消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎等疾病有着密切的关系，近几年还发现幽门螺杆菌与许多胃外疾病也有关联，甚至与男性不育都有关。由于男性因素所导致的不孕不育的发生率逐年上升，且其中有一部分仍病因不明，为了进一步讨论幽门螺杆菌与不育的关系，本文总结了国外近几年关于幽门螺杆菌和不育的研究，旨在推测和探讨二者之间可能的关系。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 慢性胃炎的发生与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染密切相关。内镜下幽门螺杆菌感染相关胃炎的表现多样，内镜医师主要根据这些表现初步判定患者Hp感染轻重及胃内炎症程度。Hp是一种单极多鞭毛，螺旋状弯曲的革兰氏阴性杆菌，可导致胃黏膜经历浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生，进一步至胃黏膜异型增生及胃癌。尿素呼气试验是目前临床常用的检测Hp感染的非侵入性方法，其诊断准确率高达95%以上[1-2]。本研究旨在探讨不同严重程度的胃炎患者内镜表现与Hp感染严重程度的关系。
