深圳市罗湖区女性HPV感染分布特点及类型特征分析

目的调查深圳市罗湖区妇女HPV感染率和基因型分布,为区级医院宫颈癌的防治提供实践依据。方法对本院2017年4月-2019年12月送检的免费筛查宫颈刷取物进行HPV基因分型(22种亚型),对病例资料进行统计分析。结果免费宫颈癌筛查35993人,HPV总阳性4544人,阳性率12.62%。感染率位居前2位的年龄组分别是(≤25岁)组37.14%(52/140)和(>60岁)组18.88%(155/821)。全部病例单一感染率和多重感染率分别为83.03%(3773/4544)和16.97%(771/4544)
