妊娠及体检妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测特征分析

目的探讨妊娠及体检妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒的基因分型情况。方法选取2014年1月至2016年6月北京地区来北京天坛医院就诊的3265例妊娠期妇女和7378例体检妇女宫颈上皮细胞标本,采用基因扩增及导流杂交技术进行21种HPV分型检测。结果妊娠妇女检出HPV感染340例（感染率10.41%）,主要感染类型为HPV-52、16和58。体检妇女检出HPV感染947例（感染率12.84%）,主要感染类型为HPV-52、CP8304和58。两者均以高危感染和单一感染为主 ...
