目的探讨p16基因转染对大肠癌细胞生长及对放射敏感性的作用。方法以脂质体介导外源性P16基因转染大肠癌SWWC细胞系,照射后MTT法测定OD值,计算细胞生长抑制率。结果p16基因转染大肠癌SWWC细胞发生周期阻滞,照射后转染组细胞生长抑制率增加,与对照组有明显差异。结论p16基因转染对大肠癌SWWC细胞具有明显抑制作用,可提高大肠癌细胞对放射的敏感性。
