Research and practice of nurse post management pilot work
Huli yanjiu, 2015 [目的]实施岗位管理,加强队伍建设,充分调动护理人员工作积极性。[方法]在落实责任制整体护理的基础上,从岗位设置、护士分级、人力调配、岗位培训、绩效考核及职称晋升方面进行护士管理方式改革。[结果]实施岗位管理以来,护士离职率从9.4%下降至2.3%;护士工作满意度从79.5%提高至95.1%。[结论]实施护士岗位管理可降低护士离职率、提高护士工作满意度。

Stress and management of nurses on duty of whole-night shift
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]评价护士对排班改革的压力源,缓解和疏导护士的情绪,从而正确面对困难和压力,使排班改革顺利进行。[方法]多方面了解护士对排班改革的压力源;采取正面灌输、完善各班职责和提示语协助护士进入新的角色,并协助护士相互之间建立起新的班次转换关系。[结果]护士较快地适应了新的各班职责和变化,轻松地渡过了初期改班的过程。全夜制排班减轻了各个年龄段的护士倒夜班的心理压力。[结论]护理工作中的改革必须有相关的管理措施和协助手段做后盾,护士长必须体恤护士的压力,采取适当的措施帮助护士适应新的改变。
