Australian perspective on engaging with South Korea in the Indo‐Pacific
Abstract How do the US allies engage with other actors in the US‐led Indo‐Pacific security order? This article examines this question in the case of Australia. We argue that the regional strategic network is a key consideration for Australia to facilitate its interaction with a target country in the Indo‐Pacific.

中国高速铁路大量采用高架桥结构,研究雷电环境下高架桥接触网系统电场分布情况对于高速铁路雷击机理的阐明具有重要意义。文中结合先导发展模型以及中国高铁接触网系统实际参数,建立了高架桥接触网系统三维电场仿真模型,并对先导模型进行等效处理。基于此,分析了接触网系统周围电场分布情况,并对高架桥区段以及路基段的电场进行对比研究,研究发现:高架桥区段接触网系统周围场强明显大于路基段,因此在高架桥区段防雷措施应该更加严格;高架桥内部钢筋结构实则对接触网系统周围电场是削弱作用,并提出电容等效模型对该现象进行解释 ...

电气化铁路中接触网与受电弓良好的接触是列车安全可靠运行的前提条件,而弓网的接触是载流条件下的摩擦接触,因此有必要对其摩擦接触进行深入研究。文中通过滑动电接触实验机,开展不同工况(压力波动幅度、压力波动频率、接触电流、滑动速度)条件下的弓网滑动电接触摩擦力研究。研究表明:作用于滑板上的接触电流增大时,弓网间的滑动摩擦力随之减小;压力波动幅度和滑动速度增大时,弓网间的摩擦力也随之增大;压力波动频率对弓网摩擦力的影响极小。利用曲线估计的基本思想,优选出最能表达压力波动幅度、接触电流 ...

接触网绝缘子是铁路运输电网中的关键部件,它用于支撑、悬吊、架空导线,从而可以保证导线和导线之间以及导线和大地之间能够有足够的绝缘性。接触网绝缘子在户外所处环境较为复杂,经常会出现故障。绝缘子在出现故障时为了能够准确地检测识别出绝缘子,笔者提出了一种基于改进Faster-RCNN深度学习方法,识别与提取接触网绝缘子。该方法与传统的Faster-RCNN进行对比,实验表明:该方法识别接触网绝缘子更优,有实际的工程参考价值。
