为了解蓝孔雀(Pavo cristatus)肠道菌群中整合子及其基因盒的分布特征,以2个动物园蓝孔雀粪便为材料,采用CTAB法提取肠道菌群宏基因组DNA,共计139份;通过PCR法扩增整合子、基因盒,选取部分PCR产物测序。结果显示:整合子intI1、intI2和intI3检出率分别为86.33%、69.78%和11.51%;不同大小的基因盒条带有 18种,共51种组合模式。研究表明蓝孔雀种群中整合子流行性较高,且Ⅰ类整合子携带的基因盒具有高度异质性,反映了蓝孔雀种群潜在多重耐药的复杂性 ...

复合绝缘子运行中异常发热现象频发,其中老化与表面污秽是导致发热的主要原因。文中采用有限元多物理场仿真,结合实测获得的材料参数,分别建立了正常运行、湿热老化、局部涂污及整体涂污等4种典型工况下的复合绝缘子仿真模型,根据湿热老化以及表面污秽的不同发热特征,分别建立静电、电流场两种模型。通过电场计算分析发现:湿热老化后复合绝缘子沿面电场增大、界面电场降低;局部涂污复合绝缘子在涂污处电场稍微下降;整体涂污复合绝缘子由于沿面电流增大造成电场畸变严重。通过以电介质损耗为接口的耦合热场以及电流场 ...

针对大规模梯次利用电池组建模过程中电池参数获取难的问题,在锂离子电池Thevenin模型的基础上,利用递推最小二乘法在线对电池参数进行辨识。搭建串联锂离子电池组组合模型和整体模型,验证了在动态应力测试工况下在线参数辨识的准确性,组合模型端电压仿真精度在0.5%以内,整体模型的端电压仿真精度在0.2%以内。结合储能电池典型工况,利用整体模型,在恒流下添加白噪声作为激励,验证了在线辨识参数的可行性,其相对误差在0.8%以内。为大规模梯次利用电池组的建模仿真提供了研究基础。

Energy of bound polarons in parabolic quantum wells(量子阱中的束缚极化子的路径积分变分研究)
利用Feynman路径积分变分方法,推导了整个电声子耦合区域的量子阱中束缚极化子的基态能.对其数值结果研究表明:当量子阱的约束势达到一定值,极化子的基态能修正-ΔE随电声子耦合常数α的增加激剧增大,约束势导致有效电声子耦合从无约束势时的弱耦合向居间耦合或强耦合渡越.更重要的是,我们发现存在一个量子阱的临界有效宽度lZ0,当lZ小于临界值时,-ΔE随lZ变小很快增大;当lZ大于临界值时,随lZ变大,-ΔE几乎不变.
