脑缺血再灌注后Src激酶抑制剂PP2对神经元保护机制的探讨

目的探讨Src激酶抑制剂PP2在大鼠脑缺血再灌注后对神经元延迟性死亡保护作用的机制。方法建立Wistar大鼠全脑缺血再灌注动物模型,分为无缺血再灌注正常空白对照组(sham),Src激酶抑制剂PP2实验组(PP2)和Src激酶抑制剂PP2类似物的实验对照组(PP3)。实验组及实验对照组Wistar大鼠在双侧颈动脉夹闭造成全脑缺血前30分钟于脑室内分别注射PP2和PP3,控制大鼠脑组织缺血时间均为10min,再灌注时间均为72h。于再灌注时取出大鼠脑组织 ...
