智能城市应用, 2023 在冶金工业厂房中重级制吊车的运行区域，工字形钢吊车梁腹板与上翼缘连接处经常出现疲劳损伤，对生产安全带来了极大的威胁，所以确认钢吊车梁该处发生疲劳损伤的原因并进行加固具有重要意义。本篇文章以某实际项目为例，建立全尺寸全系统的有限元计算模型，分析吊车梁腹板与上翼缘连接处出现损伤的原因，并且确定加固方案后，对比加固前后以及不同加固方案下的腹板抗疲劳性能，为吊车梁的抗疲劳设计提供有效的指导。
