基于脉冲辐射测量技术的RTV涂层质量评价方法

为防止污闪事故的发生,室温硫化硅橡胶涂层(RTV)被广泛应用于陶瓷和玻璃绝缘子表面。但随着运行年限的增加,孔洞、夹层污秽、交界面脱粘等缺陷的出现将严重影响RTV涂层的性能,给绝缘子的安全运行带来隐患。文中提出了一种基于脉冲辐射的RTV涂层质量在线无损检测方法,建立了绝缘子表面RTV涂层热波传递模型并求解了缺陷区域的表面温度分布;在时域与频域中,分别采用二阶微分峰值时间及最小相位频率平方根作为特征量,提出了涂层厚度的测量方法并比较了各自的效果。应用该方法对含有孔洞、夹层污秽 ...
