貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药表型及耐药基因检测

为了检测貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药性与耐药基因携带情况并分析其相关性,通过K-B药敏纸片和PCR方法分别检测24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药性与耐药基因。结果表明:24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌呈现多重耐药性,对左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星耐药性为70.8%—79.2%,耐4种抗生素的菌株有16株,占分离菌株的66.7%;24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药基因gyrB、oqxA、parC、parE、oqxB、ompF检出率在70.8%以上 ...

产妇会阴侧切伤口感染病原菌的分布和耐药性分析

目的通过分析会阴侧切分娩产妇感染病原菌的分布和耐药性,为临床治疗和抗菌药物的使用提供参考。方法对2016年8月至2018年12月期间在攀枝花市妇幼保健院进行会阴侧切分娩发生感染的34例产妇的伤口分泌物进行细菌培养、鉴定及药敏试验。结果 34例发生感染的产妇侧切伤口分泌物中共检出49株病原菌,其中包括革兰阴性菌31株,占比63.27%;革兰阳性菌18株,占比36.73%;真菌0株,占比0.00%。主要革兰阴性菌对庆大霉素、克林霉素、氧氟沙星和多粘菌素的耐药性都较高,且耐药率都在50.00%以上 ...

目的研究热化疗对多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性的影响并探讨相关的机制。方法通过MTT法测定热化疗对多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性影响;利用流式细胞仪检测细胞内ADM浓度变化。结果热化疗使多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性降低;细胞内阿霉素浓度提高。结论热化疗具有逆转多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性的作用,可能与细胞内阿霉素浓度提高有关。
