Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 目的通过分析会阴侧切分娩产妇感染病原菌的分布和耐药性,为临床治疗和抗菌药物的使用提供参考。方法对2016年8月至2018年12月期间在攀枝花市妇幼保健院进行会阴侧切分娩发生感染的34例产妇的伤口分泌物进行细菌培养、鉴定及药敏试验。结果 34例发生感染的产妇侧切伤口分泌物中共检出49株病原菌,其中包括革兰阴性菌31株,占比63.27%;革兰阳性菌18株,占比36.73%;真菌0株,占比0.00%。主要革兰阴性菌对庆大霉素、克林霉素、氧氟沙星和多粘菌素的耐药性都较高,且耐药率都在50.00%以上 ...

热化疗逆转人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM多药耐药性的实验研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的研究热化疗对多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性的影响并探讨相关的机制。方法通过MTT法测定热化疗对多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性影响;利用流式细胞仪检测细胞内ADM浓度变化。结果热化疗使多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性降低;细胞内阿霉素浓度提高。结论热化疗具有逆转多药耐药人肝癌细胞系HepG2/ADM耐药性的作用,可能与细胞内阿霉素浓度提高有关。
