目的探讨呼吸道分离的金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况、耐药的菌株是否有遗传稳定性,及对其他种类的抗生素有无交叉耐药。方法把试验菌株与标准菌株在不同含药平皿中接种传代,观察MIC值的变化,再测定遗传稳定性及有无交叉耐药。结果试验菌株与标准菌株多次传代后,耐药突变菌株获得的耐药性是稳定的。未对其他种抗生素发生交叉耐药。结论合理选用抗生素,监测细菌耐药性、掌握耐药机制等综合措施的实施,才能减缓细菌耐药性的增长。
