目的探讨呼吸道分离的金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况、耐药的菌株是否有遗传稳定性,及对其他种类的抗生素有无交叉耐药。方法把试验菌株与标准菌株在不同含药平皿中接种传代,观察MIC值的变化,再测定遗传稳定性及有无交叉耐药。结果试验菌株与标准菌株多次传代后,耐药突变菌株获得的耐药性是稳定的。未对其他种抗生素发生交叉耐药。结论合理选用抗生素,监测细菌耐药性、掌握耐药机制等综合措施的实施,才能减缓细菌耐药性的增长。

为调查东北地区狐源大肠杆菌中氯霉素类耐药菌株的耐药基因分布情况,根据其耐药表型和流行情况,指导临床上合理用药。本试验采用PCR技术对224株狐源大肠杆菌的氯霉素类耐药基因cmlA、cat和floR进行检测,并结合耐药表型进行分析。结果表明:7723%(173/224)的狐源大肠杆菌具有氯霉素类耐药基因,cmlA、cat和floR基因在分离株的检出率分别为3259%、4375%和3527%,不同来源的大多数菌株能检测出耐药基因,且有部分大肠杆菌可携带2种或3种耐药基因。
