生物脱硫具有选择性高﹑反应条件温和等优点，是实现石油及其产品深度脱硫最有效的技术之一。生物脱硫要走向工业化应用必须提高已有脱硫微生物的催化活性。本论文工作针对本实验室分离的专一性脱硫微生物红平红球菌Rhodococcus erythropolis LSSE8-1，利用代谢工程的手段提高其脱硫活性。 对专一性脱硫微生物脱硫相关基因的保守性进行了研究。根据R. erythropolis IGTS8 脱硫基因的保守区设计引物，PCR 扩增得到了Bacillus brevis R-6和Pseudomonas
