, 2012 本发明涉及日化领域及医药行业，具体讲是一种6-氨基-6-脱氧甲壳素及其制备和应用。6-氨基-6-脱氧甲壳素为式(1)所示。本发明提供的制备方法为：(1)碱化的甲壳素的伯羟基经磺酸酯化后与叠氮钠在40-70℃条件下反应8-24h得6-叠氮-6-脱氧甲壳素，该产物经还原后得6-氨基-6-脱氧甲壳素。本发明通过有效的合成手段得到的6-氨基-6-脱氧甲壳素，使用磺酰氯与甲壳素成酯造成菊糖六位易离去集团，叠氮基亲核取代并经还原后得取高代度的6-氨基-6-脱氧甲壳素。本发明合成步骤简单，易于推广，所需设备及原料易得。
