本发明提供一种单晶硅炉水垢的清洗方法，主要解决了现有清洗方法不能彻底清洗单晶硅炉炉内所形成的水垢，或清洗时可能造成单晶硅炉内中其他材质损坏的问 题。该单晶硅炉水垢的清洗方法是：1)先将一定量的水放入带有超声波振荡和加热装置的储液箱，将水加热至10～60℃；2)将酸液分别缓缓加入储液箱，开 启超声波进行搅拌；3)通过清洗液的高速冲刷和反应来清洗水垢等步骤处理，完全清洗掉水垢。
