听力障碍导致听障口语者因其言语产出缺乏正常的听觉反馈，呈现音段、超音段及声学维度的系统性异常，严重制约其沟通效能与社会参与。本文系统梳理听障口语者言语清晰度的核心特征，分析了影响言语清晰度的主要影响因素包括听力损失程度、干预时机、康复训练及沟通环境等，总结听障口语者言语清晰度评估方法的应用现状。聚焦听障群体在康复服务、智能技术、沟通环境及社会支持等维度的现实需求，提出了早期干预精准化、康复训练个性化、技术赋能智能化及社会支持无障碍化的干预策略，为提升听障口语者言语质量与融合发展提供理论依据。

听障儿童早期配戴助听设备后语言康复效果研究进展

本研究梳理助听器（HA）和人工耳蜗（CI）在听障儿童语言康复中的应用，探讨单侧与双侧设备的效果差异、早期干预的重要性、听力损失程度的影响等对语言康复结果的作用。通过文献回顾，分析2014年2月～2024年5月发表的国内外文献28篇。双侧设备在提升听障儿童语言能力方面优于单侧，尤其在复杂语言环境中表现突出；3岁前的早期干预能显著提高康复效果，3岁后的干预在家庭支持良好的情况下依然有效。不同程度听力损失影响康复结果，重度和极重度听力损失儿童需要长期的干预，轻度损失若未及时干预也可能导致语言发展滞后 ...
