急性髓细胞白血病(M2b)与染色体8;21易位——附45例报告

为了更加准确诊断急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的M2b型,本文联合常规的细胞形态学、细胞化学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学方法对45例伴t(8;21)易位的AML患者进行诊断。结果显示:①染色体t(8;21)易位与M2b两者关系密切。本组45例t(8;21)AML中M2b占97.7%。t(8;21)常伴性染色体丢失,以Y染色体丢失尤为易见。②异常中幼粒特征性改变主要是高度核浆发育不平衡(不成熟的核与成熟的胞浆),占6%~66%,中位数33%。32例可见Auer小体,6例骨髓嗜酸细胞明显增多(>5%)。③用逆转录酶/
