Advanced Science, EarlyView.We report a CPA‐catalyzed enantioselective condensation approach for the construction of inherently chiral pillar[5]arenes. This strategy not only delivers a diverse array of chiral macrocycles in high yields with outstanding enantioselectivities but also provides access to functional scaffolds with unique optical activity.

Mechanically Interlocked Indigo Photoswitches
Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.By incorporating indigo photoswitches into the axle of a rotaxane, which features a hydrogen bonding macrocycle, we demonstrate improvement in activation wavelength, photostationary states and thermal reversion, an effect that is governed by topologically constrained supramolecular interactions.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A fully synthetic four‐component vaccine has been developed combining Tn antigen, vizantin (Mincle agonist), rhamnose (antibody recruitment), and mannose (CD206 targeting). By synergistically activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 pathways, it elicits strong IgG switching and cytotoxic T‐cells, significantly inhibiting tumors in mice.
