Academic Service Quality and Instructional Quality
Journal of The First-Year Experience & Students in Transition, 2002This article reports a study of the relationship between academic service quality and instructional quality in higher education. The study included a cohort of 360 students enrolled in a first-year biology course. Eighty-two percent of the participants were in the first semester of their college experience.

Development of a service quality model for academic libraries
Quality & Quantity, 2011The purpose of this research is to develop a model for the measurement of library service quality. 1629 students studying in different universities and degree awarding institutions responded to a survey. Confirmatory factor analysis developed a valid and reliable service quality measurement scale with 6 dimensions and 30 items.
